Erin Wysong-Warren, LPC-S, CSAT, CPTT, SEP
Partner Support Provider
Ms. Wysong-Warren began her career in mental health in 2012 at a respected residential treatment center specializing in poly-addiction.
She worked alongside leading experts in trauma, addiction, and intimacy disorders. During this time, Erin began working with Dr. Michael Barta, referring clients to his Reconnection Intensives™.
Erin continues to collaborate with Dr. Barta to support their shared clients using a neurobiological approach to treating problematic sexual behaviors and betrayal trauma. She is now working directly with Dr. Barta to host his partner support program for betrayed partners.
Erin is the founder and clinical director of the Institute for Relational Recovery in Dallas, TX, where she also serves as a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor.
To deepen her expertise in trauma and addiction treatment, Erin trained extensively with Pia Mellody of The Meadows, focusing on family of origin trauma. She uses EMDR and Somatic Experiencing®, a trauma treatment method developed by Dr. Peter Levine.
Additionally, Erin has trained with sex addiction pioneer Dr. Patrick Carnes and is accredited as both a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) and a Certified Partner Trauma Therapist (CPTT) through the International Institute of Trauma and Addiction Professionals (IITAP).
